I'm afraid I haven't been on here for a while due to life being a bit busy but I have still fitted some runs in . . . This morning I thought I would try a "fast" 5k, for me it was quite fast but still not quite fast enough to get sub 30mins, something that still eludes me π Ahhhh well apart from the slightly disappointing time it was a good run. Happy running everybody ππ
Just missed it!: I'm afraid I haven't been on... - Bridge to 10K

That's a brilliant run! Lots of positives here to take away. Nice to read a post again! You'll most certainly break this barrier soon ππππ

Wow. Really well done. That is just at a sub 30 minute 5K pace. If you had just picked up your pace and attempted a sprint finish for the last 200 meters you would have broken through that 30 minute 5K barrier, Great running. You'll break it really soon.
I was running 26 minute 5K's this time last year and at the start of 2020 I was at around 27 minutes. I have slowed down over the past 6-7 months. I can't run sub 30 minute 5K anymore. But I'm on a mission to get back there.

30:10 a disappointing time...you must be bonkers, that's an awesome time! Only another 11 seconds (only, she says! π) and you've cracked it π
You've got 30 seconds on me but I've given up on speed for the time being and taken up zone 3 HR training.
Glad to see you still getting out there and trying for a PB πββοΈπ
