The Return or I told you I would be Back😎

Well after my running accident a few weeks ago I seem to have made a fast recovery, much more than I expected at the age of 73. The only lasting effect seems to be a lost tooth. Anyway took a slow c25k week 3 recovery to see how things were on Friday. Accompanied by a pal who I call My Minder, not sure I will be let out by myself anymore.. The run went well, so today I did c25k week 3 again plus a run up hill gaining some 25 meters in Elevation. My Garmin is now pleased with me again and from a Training status of NO Training to a Vo2max of 39 in two runs is very pleasing and it now tells me I am 49😎. Thank you for all the support from the people of this site you are all such a massive help👍😁

Yes it was a big surprise to me. The medics were telling me 8 weeks minimum.

My VO₂Max age is more than my real age at the moment. ☹️

Great return from the injury couch!

Good to have you back with us hamit! I’m so pleased you’re healing faster than you thought you might - I expect the family are telling you not to do too much to soon. So I won’t!
