RunLEJOG: Cyder and 150 bpm

I’m making slow but steady progress through Cornwall, running first 150, then 155, then 160bpm. Or almost running 160. Almost 155, but 150 I just about manage to meet.

Yes, it’s the C5k+ Stamina podcasts, and I’m planning to run to it a last time tomorrow morning, then moving on to C5k+ Speed. 😳

Back in Cornwall, a Cornish Cyder Farm took my fancy. Hmmmm Cyder! 🍻🧃

Cheers everyone.

Hello CBDB I see you are making lovely progress - great job. Love the graphics. I am still outside Burger King at 101 miles hopefully move a little bit further forward tomorrow. Speak soon

Great stuff! Go you! 😄👍🏻

I haven’t tried the stamina podcast yet- it’s on this week’s plan - I’ve used the other two.

The speed podcast has my highest “almost” rating - infact I’m not sure it qualified as “almost” at all - closer to “not”! 😂😂

🤣🤣 I’m sure it’s “almost almost”, and that’s where I am ... but having “almosted” the 165, I can now do 150 for quite a few minutes, with much less and more seldom “almost” minutes!

So yippee to getting closer “almosting almost”, no mater how close to “not”.

👍🏼💪👏🏾👏🏾

‘Cracked’ might not be the right word, but I had a good go, and there were definitely moments of success! 🤣🤣

Yay well done!🤸‍♀️🍻 I haven't managed any of those C25K+ podcasts. I'm sure they're working their magic though 👍💪

Yes, 3 more runs to go (speed) and then I’m keen to do a ‘normal’ run to see if it has increased my normal speed.

'Slow but steady progress' is just what you need to be doing 😊 keep going like you are!
