I went out early yesterday morning, armed with new earphones and Laura’s podcast. Started warm up walk, then when it was time to run ear phones kept falling out so after a very shaky start completed interval runs. I enjoyed it but because of all my malfunctions not a great time or distance. But on the positive side I was up and out at 6 in the morning. Have a good Thursday everyone.
