Week 3 run 3 - Smashed it 🏃‍♀️

I was a little anxious about this run. Something intimidating about that little number 7 on the plan, but no need. I got it done and in less time than I gave myself a target of. My pace didn’t slow as much as I expected in the last KM and I’m feeling pretty good right now! Now I just need to psych myself up for the 8km the next 2 weekends!

Well done Rosie, I think the 7k is a turning point where you start believing you can actually do this. 🏃‍♀️👏👏
