I graduated C25K in July and have been consolidating ever since. Had 8 days off with a non running related sore knee (knelt on something whilst washing windows) so had to build back up to the 30 minutes over a few runs (nerves rather than ability)
I don’t reach 5k in 30 minutes, it takes me around 48 minutes, so I’m going to follow the the timed version of the plan and then hopefully repeat following the distance version.
I’ve really missed the structure of the C25K plan, so I’m looking forward to the new challenge for the next few months. Being a sucker for a chart and a sticker, I’m prepped and ready to go

Oh, sorry you needed time out through hurting your knee 😐
But this plan sounds like the perfect oppertunity to get back into it with the structure !
Hope it goes well 😬👍
I love a plan 💕 and yours, showing runs and strengthening exercises, looks fantastic. I did the timed version of ju-ju’s Magic Plan first before switching to the distance version and starting at week 4. I am currently in week 5. Both plans are great and doing the timed before the distance is a good progression plan. Happy running 😊
