After a week eating and drinking far too much in Venice I was hoping a gentle 5k to be not too hard. After a few minutes I was beginning to think I'd definitely had too much Aperol and pasta but ... the first k was a fast one so thought best slow down but .... the 2nd k was anotber 20 seconds faster than normal, at this point I'm thinking slow down or .... is today the day for the elusive sub 30 minutes 🤔. Well it was . The last k was hard but knocked a good minute of my 5k Pb and a couple of minutes off my "normal" time. Hurrah 😃🏃‍♀️🇮🇹
