Day three- 60 miles in September for cancer research

Running two miles a day sounds easy... today my legs are like lead, I’m told that the first week will be the hardest. It is 21 degrees out and I’m usually an early morning runner so this wasn’t pleasant for me, but I did it.

Maybe 4 miles every other day would be better so you get a rest day in?

Well done! I think as you go on your body will adapt but I've never done it do don't listen to me 😂😂😂😂😂
