Not wanting to get blown away today, but already up ready for a run I decided to do a HIIT session on the Nike app.

After I finished the 25 mins of pain I wish I’d risked being blown away 😂😂.

Fingers crossed for a run tomorrow. Have a great weekend all.

That HIIT training will pay off though, enjoy tomorrow's run, sometimes you need to brave the weather but I agree high winds aren't nice, we had branches flying earlier in the week. Happy running 🤗

I haven’t seen any flying branches but yes I will have to start braving the weather, I have gloves here and a new long sleeve top on there way to me 😊

Lol HIIT does takeit out of you but it is so effective! 🥵💪 I'm also running tomorrow, I just hope the wind won't come at me from the side, those gusts are way too strong! Good luck tomorrow 🍃🏃‍♀️👍
