Today seems to be the day to post about hills on the forum. This is the view from mine this morning, although I have to admit that part of the incline to get there was during my 5 minute warm up walk π.
I dropped my car off for its MOT wearing my running gear ready to run home. This caught the lady in the office, who is a neighbour of mine, by surprise as I usually arrive at the garage with my dog and walk her home.
I set off from the garage and was able to cover most of the incline during my warm up walk. The view is from and across one of my favourite places and it is where I do the majority of my runs. My route zig-zagged through the trees and was the 4k run of week 4 on the distance version of The Magic Plan.
My dog didn't miss out either, as I returned there later in the morning with her and her little boy-cousin who has come to visit us for the week! They posed beautifully for a photo at the top of the hill ππΎβ€οΈ.
Happy running everyone ππββοΈπ·.

Those dogs look so cute and tired too! Well done on another 4k and a great way of fitting a run into your day. Beautiful views and another run done too. π
Great little 4K hill run. Itβs lovely to run with a purpose - in your case, home from garage. Thank you for sharing your photos, lovely. Happy running π€
As some one who runs in a place thatβs flatter than a flat thing, I love a picture of a hill and have much admiration for those who run in them! It looks a lovely place Delly-dot - and those dogs are gorgeous! Happy magic plan!
Beautiful photos and lovely canine friends! Great to build a run around your errands!
I drove from the outskirts of London to Southsea to visit my lovely son today. Was considering breaking my plan not to run today (niggly knee) and going out for a run when I arrived home, but it's tipping it down, so probably for the best. First thing tomorrow it is! I never run with my dog, but feel a bit guilty sometimes! She looks so keen to go out, but gives up when she sees the running shoes!
This sounds lovely and the pics are great as usual. Those dogs are absolute sweethearts - so cute! Great idea to run home from the garage - no there and back again or looping the loop today then? No wait, that map is a bit loopy...
and lots of lefts as well as right turns. Trying to breakaway from the anti-clockwise running but not quite sure what to call this π€..... Zigzagging?
It's great when you can combine a run with jobs that need doing. What a beautiful place to run and dog walk, I don't know why but I really want some trees to run through π. I'm away for a few nights next week and have been studying the map to look for woods to run in. Great posing by the dogs πΎπΎ
We all started from the same place although different times and we all run differently and here we are all running hills, this place brings us together in a way that is perfect doesnβt it?
