Well ok I can't turn cartwheels, but my physio thinks I'm improved enough to go down to one crutch. I can even walk a little way without crutches!
I've been given a new set of strengthening exercises.
She asked me to do a standing squat over a dining chair, and I was dismayed at how hard it was to get back up and vertical again! Gave her a laugh though π
All together now, "Use your core!!!"
