Seem to have a groin strain. Able to do the runs on a treadmill with only slight discomfort. Painful the next day. Been like it for 3 or 4 weeks came on after the knee pain left.

Yikes, my heart goes out to you. I suffered groin strain and hip problems for years and had loads of physio. Ironically it was when I stopped all the stretching and started running last year that the problems cleared up. 🤔 take care 🤗

Just give it a week off. I see you've just graduated C25K (well done :-) ), so have presumably got into the habit of religiously running three times a week, but you won't lose the fitness you've gained if you take a short break to let your body repair itself.
