Arrggg - Just spent ages writing a post then deleted it by mistake!!!!!
Summary: 3 runs again this week, two consecutive due to unexpected visitor (daughter 😊). Yesterday’s run was hilly, up to the Beacon - phew! So will top 100km for August but not quite reach May’s total of 120km! Incorporating strength exercises during runs by stopping and using benches, railings etc 👍 Rest of week clocking up mountain miles in Snowdonia 🥾 hope weather improves so we get some views!
