It’s been torrential here all day. I don’t mind running in the rain, but I do draw the line at thunderstorms 🥺. It is so sticky and humid, so running in the drizzle was quite nice.
I have just squeezed in my W7 20 min Magic Plan run between the heavy rain and before the storms start. I think it was probably the thought of the impending lightning that helped me run my fastest 1k in 6:31 😂!
Next run is a repeat of the 55 minute one.

Well done on PB. I’m off out in the morning for my 20 minute run of W6. Although I have been running for an extra 5 minutes for each run. I nearly made 60 minutes on Wednesday but will try to do the 60 minutes next Tuesday or Wednesday morning when ever the grandchildren go home !!! Can’t get out when they’re here. I’m hoping to have a slightly quicker run in the morning but I doubt very much that I’ll reach your speed 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️👏👏👏😛😛😛
