Tourist running on The Magic Plan wk 7 😊

A second holiday run this morning. A nice 30 minutes, just allowing the route to unfold as I went and exploring along the way. Out of the village and through the fields again, exploring further along the track and enjoying the beautful scenery. It was much cooler, but still very humid. I'm enjoying this tourist running 😊🏃‍♀️.

The holiday day is lovely, thank you. A really pretty black and white village in the Herefordshire countryside. I've really enjoyed exploring on my runs and just letting the route unfold as I go.

Oh, it's been so much more comfortable in the cooler weather, but still so humid. We've had some spectacular thunderstorms to watch!

It has been great to run without a plan or route in mind. The closest I have got to advanced planning is to spot an interesting track or footpath during a walk and think I'll run that next..... 😊 The problem is there are so mny interesting paths I am not going to be able to fit them all in!

Thank you Buddy. I’ve enjoyed doing some exploring. It’s made me want to drive out for some runs in new places once I’m at home. I might even venture down to the sea 🌊😊
