I completed C25K over the weekend and Also did my first consolidation run this morning. How soon should I start the magic 10k? Also how often should I do interval training? Thanks

Firstly, congratulations!! 🏆
Well done for keeping going too. The magic plan works, is awesome and you'll get to 10k. I'm certainly no expert but get comfy with the distance and then go for it. Interval training can be done regularly as part of your running programme. Just go steady increasing your overall distance and remember the 10% rule. Also longer, slower runs are really beneficial.
I started straight away. In fact I ended up going to 10k within 2-3 weeks of graduation as I found I could just keep on plodding. Saying that, I had to consolidate a LOT after that. So I’d say you can go straight on to the plan, but follow it and don’t plough on like I did 🤣
It depends on your fitness level and how easy reaching 5k is for you. I’m building up to 10k gradually, I’m doing 6k at moment using Nike Running Club App guided runs, I’m going to stick with 6 for a few runs and move on to 7 when I feel comfortable doing so, I looked at the Magic Plan, but didn’t fancy that in the end........Good Luck
