10k for 2nd time

I just got back from another 10k run!!! First one last Wednesday 🥵🏃‍♀️ I wanted to make sure I could do it again... managed to do it 2 mins quicker than last time in 1hr 19 mins 👍 feeling happy 😃

You deserve to be happy with your 2nd 10K run, well done, I have ran 10/10Ks, most of which have been ran in a similar time to the time you ran, onwards and upwards to run No. 3.

Brilliant well done Vincent83, I bet your well pleased to have done it twice, it cements it, if that makes sense. Thats my new target 10k, I’m starting Ju Ju’s Magic Plan tomorrow, gives me a structured journey to get there, which I like 👍🏃‍♂️

I only completed 5k a couple of months ago and quickly moved onto 6,7 & once I had done 8k seemed a lot easier after to complete 10k.. I just keep to a slow steady pace and listen to my favourite music 🎵 🎶 good luck all!! 🥵👍
