...and leg brace is now set to 90 degrees of motion, which I have to practice several times a day. It is Hard 😣but I am doing it 👍

Still not allowed to bear any weight on it, and possibly won’t be allowed to even after my next appointment, which is in 5 weeks.

Husband and the dogs are taking good care of me.

Glad to hear you’re well looked after. It might seem a long time till your next appointment but it sounds like you’ve a challenge to keep you going meantime. Just look on it as another plan and concentrate on the positives.

Absolutely treating it as a plan 👍

and I’ll be setting a timer for it soon.

Sounds as though you are making good progress, 90 degrees is a lot of movement, I can see why it is hard! Your dog looks very happy to have an excuse for a dose with you.

It feels like a lot after a fortnight of only being allowed 30 degrees 👍

Yesterday was the first day that he squashed himself up beside me on the sofa and stayed. 😊

Oh my, that's a long time to be limited in mobility, I hope you get lots of physio support when the time comes. Glad you are being well looked after. Take care 🤗

I know 😭

I’ll be chasing physio next week if I haven’t heard by the end of this week.
