I’m doing week 1 of the Magic Plan, so far so good - but where can I find out how many planks, squats etc I need to do as part of the plan. I’m probably missing something really obvious?

Hi Mill, if I remember correctly, there are some pdf links in the body of the pinned post that give you that kind of info. I'm only doing the running part of the plan because I do strength and conditioning on non run days so I'm cheekily skipping the strength exercises 🤭 I'm also not sure I'd have the energy to do all of that straight after each run 🥵😅
I have to confess that I wasn't prescriptive about what to do in the plan, but introduced a variety of different things that may help? Lots of people do the strength and flex podcasts which are great.There is also a plankathon that I did which you may want to follow: healthunlocked.com/strength...
Look after your back, you may want to include some strength stuff for your back. I also highly recommend yoga too.
