I’m home!

Runner physio turned up on the ward just before lunch on Sunday. I thought she’d come to try me walking with crutches again, but no she whizzed me straight off to the stairs in a wheelchair, pausing only to grab a single crutch from the cupboard. I was so excited that once we got there and I was on my way up she had to tell me to slow down 😂

A bit of a busy afternoon followed, and I finally got home about 6pm, courtesy of some young ambulance drivers who very kindly let me stop to take a picture of the penguin work force that are ‘working’ on the hospital on our way out.

It’s so good to be home. Tiring. But so good!

Good photo, so glad that you are now home, you will now have to convalese at home, do read all the posts and comment and congratulate runners, especially when they graduate, I hope it won't be too long before you can run again.
