Shattered!

Went for another 10k this morning and my son came for some company, I think I was a bit slow for him, he does alot of running on the treadmill and has been doing 8k in 37 minutes, but we enjoyed it all the same! We are also dog sitting for the week so we went for another 2.5k walk and then this afternoon cut the grass and spent an hour gardening. I am feeling rather tired! Might have a glass of wine.

Thanks I average about 1 hour 9 so its my normal I just can't seem to get quicker.

What a great time for your 10k and lovely that you could run with your son. He might be faster - but you got him off the dreadmill!!!

Yes he said he had enjoyed it and found it harder than the dreadmill! 😂
