I graduated from C25K last week and will spend a few weeks consolidating, but thinking ahead to next steps have downloaded the 3 C25K + podcasts. I like to know what is coming up in a run before embarking on it, but can’t find anything other than a brief description of what each workout is intended to target.

To save me having to listen to each one before trying it, is anyone able to share the content or transcript please?

They are basically an introduction to cadence.

Lots of people find them a bit awkward at first. I certainly did. If you stick with them for a while it falls into place. They enabled me to slow down and actually enjoy running. (I endured C25K for the satisfaction and achievement. I didn’t enjoy it though.)

Hi Runner_P, Give them a go they are great fun after consolidating your running, a bit different to what you are used to, but may help you ease through the first tricky ten minutes of your run.

They have a warm up and cool down walk included. They have beat intervals that you run to with music and Laura counting you in. There is a short faster one Speed, a 30 minute one Stepping Stones and a 35 minute run Stamina.

They have new running technique tips from Laura and are good for pace discipline. I enjoyed them all, the music is by radiofuel, so mainly a beat...but ok.

Congratulations on graduating and Happy Running! 😊
