Completed my first 10K in just over an hour, 61:47 to be exact non stop feeling great 👍🏻💪🏻

Hi guys. So last night I completed a 10K run in 61minutes 47seconds. I’m wondering how I can claim my badges ??? Please find the attached My route and times.

Congratulations on your 10k - nearly under an hour as well! Brilliant!!! I think there is a pinned post where yiu request a badge. You will have the choice of 2 - the 60 minute badge or the 10k one. I dont think you can have 2 at once 😀

Every day even if it’s a rest/repair day I’m researching, watching videos on breathing and posture. Never felt this good 😊

75 days after giving up smoking and I have achieved a 10K in what I believe to be a very strong competitive time. I’m very proud.

Everyone has mentioned the pace. I was so impressed and proud of myself last night when the Adidas tracker announced 10K and I see the time, just blown away and like I said felt really good the whole way through. Maintain a good constant pace, so glad I did look what I achieved.

The support is what drives me to carry on and strive for more. Thanks again, the support goes a long way 👍🏻👍🏻💪🏻💪🏻
