OMG, having given up cross country running at school, I ran almost 7k through fields and woods on Friday. It was Suffolk, so fairly flat I know, but there were a couple of hills (and I fell over so have a massive bruise🤭) but I did it! Must have done some good as I did my fastest ever 5k (under 33 mins) on my regular urban route.

Fantastic new cross country run for you and great 5k time. Amazing the difference a new route can make. Hope the bruise dies down quickly for you. Happy running 🤗
