Running and earrings! Warning

I had a big birthday last year and the family bought me a very nice earring. Yes I know (and they assumed) you buy them as pairs but apparently not always. They only realised this when it arrived 😆. My hair is short so I’d asked for ones (tbf I’d expected a pair) that thread through your ear and dangle in front and behind. Anyway I can rock the asymmetric look. I’ve run wearing it before but today I came back to find the chain was knotted above and below my headphone cable. 👀 Seriously thought I’d have to shower in my 🎧!!

🤷‍♀️ you’ve time to think though. I’ve got a jump on Christmas too because I do advent presents for the younger generations in the family. That means buying cheap bits and LOTS of them early. I wrapped over 100 parcels early in lockdown!! In my defense I’ve still lots to do and they do need to be done before December 1st (and the Scottish ones earlier).

I got a half decent pair of wireless moffo headphones from Amazon for less than £20 and they're water resistant too

I should look at those as I’m not sure about spending too much on aftershokz in case I don’t use them. How Scottish does that sound?🤣

Well it'll come as no surprise to hear I am also Scottish 🤣😆 but yes they're on Amazon for 18.99. I'm so happy with them I even bought a pair for my hubby and he's super picky but pretty chuffed with them too

As a Yorkshire man I hate spending

I got mine Seccond hand for £50 from CEX delivered to the door

I figured they don't go in your ear just your cheek so a good wipe with some abtibac and there good to go

Made me laugh 😂 But I do hope you managed to untangle the earrings without damaging them. I usually get up and run straight away come back shower and dress for the day but one day I went out mid morning. As I ran out took me ages to work out what the rhythmic tapping noise was I could hear through my earbuds... Yep dangling earrings. Try to remember to take them out now.

They both survived thanks!! Yes I noticed the tapping once. I’m always a morning runner - it got later in lockdown but I’ve never run after noon (or after eating). Just coffee and check my daily update to see what my VRBs are doing for inspiration.
