Very pleased with this mornings run. Dragged myself out of bed and put on Nike running on empty with Coach Bennett and Coach Andy. Well it worked as I haven’t managed 5k in almost 4 weeks👍👍

This was my easiest 5k and I could have continued and this is due to them 👌🌻
