Have been consolidating for last couple weeks after graduating C25K and decided to start ju jus magic programme to try to get to 10K. Ran 6k today as feeling quite strong, so thinking of starting from week 2 of plan, is that advisable?

Go for it, start with the shorter runs, repeat your 6k then enjoy the onward journey. If at any stage you find the long run too much you can repeat the week. Have fun and happy running🤗

I think that sounds doable as you clearly ran that distance comfortably. You can always use the shorter runs for lovely slow and gentle recovery ones
