So good start today, until I made the mistake of drifting towards a dog walker with the dog on a lead, yep it went for me I was about 2feet away.
What made it worse it was 5min in and you know the first 10mins is that body change thing, oxygen muscles and all that, so as the dog 🐕 made a b-line for me and had to take evasive action and made a couple of 40° degrees Lunges, does that count as extra stretches pre run ha ha.
So as I did this my coordination was momentarily lost so re Focus and of i popped, so I guess I will give dog walkers that extra room in Future, every day is a learning day in this thing we call Life.😊😷💯🕺

Dogs in my experience are drawn to runners - they like the challenge. I've even been known to stop and wait for dog walkers to hold their dog close on narrow tracks- actually at the start of lockdown I actively avoided anywhere that dogs may be around. Happy running 🤗
