Hi all, I completed couch to 5k a few weeks ago. I’m still not able to complete the distance but like push myself and keep motivated. Can anyone recommend any apps? I’d like to run upto an hour. If I can.

Congratulations on completing c25k. There is a plan that get get you to 60 minutes or 10k , whichever you decide.

This is a plan that loads of people used . Good luck 😊👍

Yeah go for it , its really challenging and rewarding im on week 2 ,then hopefully after the 9weeks .

Conditioning run of 30mins to stay regular. Good 👍

The Bridge 210k programme is great. I've completed the timed version but haven't made 10k so I've gone back to week 4 and am starting distance version. It really helped me focus. I also use the Nike Run Club app for the guided runs. I missed having Michael Johnson in my head and coach Bennett is proving to be a great substitute.

Congratulations graduating c25k- as others say, look at the b210k plan, it's great. Choose the order you want to do the runs each week and have fun. Happy running 🤗
