Today I finish my c25k! However I run for longer to see if I could reach 5 k but after 2 minutes I give up . With a total of 4.41km

Now I will carry on looking for the famous 5 k adding some minutes more and go under the 30 maybe

Congratulations on your graduation. There is a 'consolidation group' and a really helpful post about what to do next under the FAQs. Most people would advocate a few weeks of 'consolidation' just enjoying running 30 minutes a week for a few weeks and then deciding what to do next. Good luck!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K πŸŽ“ πŸƒπŸΎ

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE πŸŽ“ next to your username leave a message in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked July C25K graduation home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated πŸŽ“ πŸƒπŸΎ πŸ‘

One of the administrators are guideing graduates with it, not exactly sure where it is as it's a new program, if you look at the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page it maybe there..

Take it slow and you’ll get to 5km. But don’t bust a gut trying to do it in 30 minutes. Leave that to the fullness of time. Good luck πŸ€
