Is this a plan like the C25K plan. Or is it juju’s magic plan. I’m try to increase the length of time I am running is there a plan to do that. I’ve not reached 5 k yet so obviously 10 k is a long way off for me if ever but I would like to get to 60 minutes. Is there a plan I can do to get there ???

Ju Ju's magic 10K plan is not an app, you can Google 'Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan', print it out if you have a printer and follow the plan which will help you to run a 10K in about 8 weeks OR run for 60 minutes.

Jujus plan gives the option, distance or time. I did the time first and completed the 60 mins in the 8 weeks. Two weeks later after shorter runs (to recover)' I did the 10 km comfortably just two weeks ago.
I think the younger and fitter runners may go straight for the distance.
I did the more cautious plan.
