Longest run so far this morning 7k and not far off my 5k pace either. Have to admit kms 3 to 5 were hard. Took a new route and suddenly ran out pavement. This happens in Geneva as walkers are lowest priority after bikes and cars but at 5k definitely got that home stretch feeling. Enjoying a post run smoothie and a giant guilt free latte! Happy weekend running everyone
