So happy today, got my 30min nailed. After a bad week of fails. It actually felt like I would never run again, but I looked at everything, sleep pattern was out, upped my protein, I still wasent going to give up, I still went out and did 15mins and power walked the rest. I was just exhausted I think. So if anyone else gets this, Take alook at routine, eating, see what’s changed...if nothing there’s no wrong in just taking a week off refuel replenish. Go and smash it! Happy Days

Fantastic effort, great that you were able to take a look at what was going on and think out small changes. Now slow way down the 1st 15min and speed up slightly the power walk then bingo - back to 30min run - sorted. You can do it. Happy running 🤗
