Hi all, still doing 30min runs every other day, bit worried this week as my legs are sore knees clicking after a tuff trail, but ran yesterday and all is well. Apart from my right calf wich always burns more the my left, Amy ideas guys.

Great effort all those 30 min runs, try mixing them up a bit though, one a bit shorter, one a bit longer just for variety. Is the clicking a worryiclicking or just something your knees do? I kept inwardly laughing at my body during my run yesterday as each joint took a turn to say "I hurt" only to give up a few minutes later and go back to normal🤣 by the end of the run all was fine with the legs 🤪 happy running 🤗
