Sunny Runny Swansea

So lovely to be back in Swansea for a much needed visit and found time to run my favourite all time run round Swansea Bay. Just gorgeous beyond words especially when the sun shines. Slowly increasing distance and ambled along at a very ploddy pace to 12k. Happy Saturday everyone and hope all your runs are happy ones and for those on the IC... stay bright and heal safely and stronger each day ❤️

We like parks but now are looking for bigger ones, always green with some trees for shade

Thanks Cheeky it was a lovely run and my longer distances are going better than my short ones... can’t quite work out why though.. need to get back cross training though as well!

Lovely! Brings back memories - I lived very near the beach when I did my PGCE there many many years ago. Didn't run at the time but walked regularly on the beach & funnily enough, lived with a Wimborne lad!

The bay hasn’t changed at all Slinky apart from the old slip bridge being removed which was by the old Swansea swimming baths. 😀

Thanks Mum22 it was lovely. I am not too far from Bournemouth yet have never run along the front there... may venture there too as it did make a lovely change.
