Following my injury and tests at the doctor I have been taking it easy and building back up slowly. Today I am thrilled to have done my longest run. It wasn’t fast, probably not pretty but I am so pleased with myself.

Fantastic effort, I'd call that a perfect speed especially for longer distances, I was a bit slower today just so I could do a long run. Pleased you are now well on the recovery road. Happy running 🤗
