Despite feeling ill at the beginning of this week I have had some brilliant runs. I decided it was time I changed my route as I have been running exactly the same route since I started running in March. I have managed to do 5K in 37 minutes twice this week and I have run my furthest distance of 55 minutes today. Just 2 weeks to go and I will have finished the timed version of Ju Juβs magic plan. I see that 10k goal on the horizon and I am going to achieve it soon. π€π€π€

Well done. A change of route is a great thing. Iβve been trying to suss our new routes on my walking days, found a few but the uphill slopes are deceptive, much easier walking than running. The 10k will be with you soon.
Glad you're feeling better. New routes are the best as it keeps your running interesting. Good luck with the timed plan and getting to 10k on πββοΈπββοΈπ
Wow that is a fantastic 5k time - you should be proud of that! I think a new route gave me a huge lift and I bet it did for you too? Not long to go to hit the 60 mins and then the 10k won't be far off!!!
That's a great weeks running - well done! πFab photo too - where are you?
Thatβs great! Itβs my 55 min run tomorrow but I havenβt done a 5k this week. Improved my times on the 20min and 30min runs so wasnt too far off with the 30 min run.
Thanks Robo20. I was quite shocked with the improvement in my times and when I looked at my average pace times over the last few months there has been a dramatic improvement. Getting fitter every day π. Good luck with your run tomorrow. Looking forward to hearing about it.
Fantastic week for you MJ, it's strange how sometimes when you're feeling under the weather, rather than hindering your health a run seems to pick you up a little!
I'll expect to be seeing your 60 minute graduate badge very soon ππ
Sounds like a great runny week Moli and just 2 weeks left on the plan! So excited for you and canβt wait to read that 10k post...
