Had to share this from my Garmin! 6 short hill reps, down the other side and then a short loop of running before doing it one more time for luck. Finished by completing my 5k. I will sleep well tonight! π΄

Noooo - I'm really not Dexy! Trying to get a bit stronger or faster or π€·ββοΈ! The hill is not as huge as it looks on here of course (although it feels it!π) and I quite like it because the route is through fields so all on grass which is kinder on the knees!
