Hi Forum, going to start this plan Monday coming, since joining C25K some 13weeks ago, I am ready to do this, I did a 60min plus Conditioning jog/🏃♂️ to get my system prep.
I downloaded the schedule so I know what to expect it works for me to know.
Any tips would be appreciated, as I know it will be taxing on the old 🧠, as Generic Advice is just that. Made for standard,
Realistic Experience is brilliant to me, the first 10mins is the worse but I have a plan for that, sea calming music for that stint, then 50mins of current stuff 😀

Hi, great advice and it makes good sense to remember the basics, I will take this and apply it and great tip about the burst runs for timings and stats ,never thought of that.
