Hi Forum, going to start this plan Monday coming, since joining C25K some 13weeks ago, I am ready to do this, I did a 60min plus Conditioning jog/🏃‍♂️ to get my system prep.

I downloaded the schedule so I know what to expect it works for me to know.

Any tips would be appreciated, as I know it will be taxing on the old 🧠, as Generic Advice is just that. Made for standard,

Realistic Experience is brilliant to me, the first 10mins is the worse but I have a plan for that, sea calming music for that stint, then 50mins of current stuff 😀

Well done to you on running for 60 minutes, you are already well prepared for running a 10K after that run.

Just like C25K keep to the program, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck.

I Love your focus and drive, its fantastic. It really sounds like you have everything covered, but you have asked for any more advice, and mine is:

1.Dont worry about speed when you are doing the longer runs, you can do that on the shorter interval run should you wish.

2.Dont worry about whats next, focus on completing the run that you are doing and celebrate those achievements.

3.Enjoy it... running can be great fun, and also a wonderful way to get out, get some fresh air, explore and recharge your mental health.

Hi, great advice and it makes good sense to remember the basics, I will take this and apply it and great tip about the burst runs for timings and stats ,never thought of that.
