1hour run.

Longest run so far. Ran with a few others and stayed running for 1hr.

We ran on tracks and trails so the legs were working hard. Made a distance just short of 9km. So hitting the elusive 10k is so close. Imagine it has taken me 10 months to progress from 1min of running to 1hour. So worth the challenge.
