I graduated couch to 5k back in 2018 and have since continued running and even done a few 10ks. But I keep getting shin splints which sets me back. I haven’t yet gone to get my gait analysed but plan to but just wondered which trainers others would recommend? Thanks! Emma

Brooks are a brand of running shoes like Hoka and saucony 😊
