I graduated C25K in June, and had three or four consolidation runs, then today I did the Stepping Stone podcast on Couch to 5k +. I didn't realise running to a beat could make such a difference. I ran much faster than normal but I didn't enjoy the run at all. It was just such hard work! So I don't think Couch to 5k + is for me. I like the format of it though, as Laura talks you through the run. Any suggestions for other podcasts?

I did the Stamina one and liked that. I realised that I was running too fast and tiring myself out. But couldn’t get in with the Speed one at all
