Gave my new shoes their 1st run tonight 😊

I'd been having a few lower leg aches lately and wasn't sure if it was the body just complaining or the fact that my Ghost 11's were getting a bit tired after running 430 miles.

To be fair they still look great but if in doubt and as I had birthday money burning a hole in my pocket it seemed like the right time for a purchase!

So meet my new Brooks Ghost 12's...they felt great on, very similar so their predecessors if a little more supportive of the heel and a little less room in the toe box.

Did a 7 mile run in them tonight and so far so great, lower legs feel good, no discomfort at all so if nothing flares up in the morning it will have been money well spent🀞 ...also they look amazing 😍

Thanks Sandra, furthest I've run in months as part of my plan for the Autumn Half Marathon group...it seemed plenty hard enough, hopefully 8 will seem do-able by next week πŸ™ƒπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘
