If you want a T-shirt for when you aren’t wearing running gear (if there is such a time), I bought this from the suppliers of the milestone T-shirts. I’m really pleased with it and when I wore it on Sunday a complete stranger from Frimley started a conversation about how he was missing parkrun.
Nice classic T. I keep meaning to order an orange personalised one. I ended up chatting about running to one of the donor carers at blood donors today! Well he did ask what I’d done in lockdown and actually he runs too. 😆
Running does start conversations doesn’t it Sybilw?
Yes I’ve got the tourist apricot with my home parkrun on it, but I bought UTS the new apricot vest with a personal message for his birthday during lockdown.
OK I just bought these. I was in a Go Outdoors store and seen them then remembered I had a £40 gift card for Run4it from my daughters so they only cost me £8🤣
I do like ronhill leggings- they aren’t too long for little people like me, and they have a good zip pocket in the waistband. I’ve got capris and leggings from them.
I now have 2 Apricot T-Shirts, and a Blue Contra T-Shirt. I also bought a hoodie and Cotton T-Shirt from the parkrun podcast With me Now. Hopefully I’ll have a 100 Milestone after another 26 parkruns and a 25 Volunteer Shirt after another 7 volunteer days.
Ha ha. You are definitely parkrun’s biggest fan damienair. You also have your red 50 shirt. I love my Zip up hoodie, but it’s runr, rather than parkrun , a little local company.
