Really thrilled with running 34 mins tonight fir the first time in my life. Love clocking up these “first Evers” at the grand age of 54! And also I had no headphones in, just paid attention to the summer evening and feeling the run.
Next week it’ll be six months since I started C25K, cant believe it, I have clocked up 78 runs!! So I thought I’d get myself a little present and have a new smart watch to record all those running vital statistics! I love it!!

I got an Apple watch and I'm using Runkeeper on it. All good so far!
Ooh good choice! You won't need to take ur phone with u any more. I got a Garmin Vivoactive 4s mainly because aoart from all the stuff I'll never use, i can download music on it. You'll be able to do that too. In fact, can you receive calls on it as well or do you have to be carrying ur phone for that?
