So today , I used the stepping stone add on to C25K App podcast for today's run,and in conjunction with reading Dr mike Stroud regarding the first 5 to 10min into a run ,why we feel sluggish etc, it felt like a weight of guilt of my shoulder, because my mind said all kinds of things I must have done wrong the day before Rest day.

So I was Armed with knowledge and no weight on my shoulders, and wow I broke all my PB Targets without even trying let alone knowing about it.

And it was my best run ever, could be the extra weight off lol, the stepping stone and stamina app advice is priceless, thanks Laura.

Guys Knowledge is power, our mind control everything until will have Knowledge, dont feel necessary to put stats on this post, as its nothing to do with stats,not for me anyway I'm only in my 12th week from the dreaded Couch, so by no means do I even expect to be fit enough to chase stats, as it's all about getting fit which will take Time.

Once you get that first 5-10 minutes out the way it seems much better.

Great news Knightrider, I agree those c25k + podcasts are brilliant for pacing and tips from Laura. I enjoyed them too.
