I haven't done these, I just remember seeing them at the start of the year. There are other exercises on the strength and flex forum and the nhs running exercises site, these are updated since I did them nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/k... I. Really bad now I run, cycle walk, do a little bit of stretch but nothing else
