Hi there. I used to (9 years or so) run very regularly with my final run being the Inverness marathon which I ran in it’s entirety. When lockdown started I wanted to get fit again for turning 40 next year so I decided to start C25K.
I’m W8R3 of C25K however since week 5 I’ve been running double the distance so regularly running for nearly an hour now and feeling good. I’m worried when I complete C25K next week that I don’t have something set to keep me going. I need the extra motivation of the app’s. I have an Apple Watch with the Nike app but looking for recommendations on what runs etc to do on it?

I have just started to use NRC app occasionally & am trying some of the guided runs of different lengths to fit in with JuJu’s Magic 10 Program. (Pinned post on here.)
I'm using the Nike app for my consolidation runs - anything with Coach Bennett is great, I enjoy his Just a Run....Running with Lopez is a moving and absorbing story to run to...
