1st outdoor run since lockdown.

Not had a outdoor run since 22nd March when lockdown began due to having 2 dogs witch needed there walks and still working. Then when lockdown relaxed a little one of the dogs wasn’t so good so outdoor running got pushed aside and I just did 3-4 miles on the treadmill instead every other day. So I was beginning to lose motivation and finding it boring. I pushed myself outside this morning and did a 10k . Glad I went as I really enjoyed it. Happy running everyone.
