Target 5k in 30mins for when Parkrun starts again.
Went out on a 5k run this morning after two days rest, not going for time just distance, but it felt quite good so I kept at it and I’m so nearly there.
10k slow runs on Mondays, two other 5k runs per week. Something seems to be working! You can see I panicked after my first split, when my friendly Strava voice said 5mins..... for my first 1k😀

Honestly, it makes so much difference! I'd also do one 5k with intervals in it or again go slowly (alternate) so that one 5k can be slightly quicker one.
